Born at St. John's Hospital in Oxnard, Andy was a proud sixth-generation member of the Connelly and Borchard farming families. Deeply rooted in Ventura County's agricultural heritage, Andy carried forward the values of hard work, family, and community that defined generations before him.
He graduated from Santa Clara High School in 1988 and went on to earn his degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1990. Andy built his career in agriculture, working with Soil-Serv and Wilbur Ellis in Salinas, and later with AG/RX in Oxnard and Goleta. In 2014, he became a self-employed rancher, proudly continuing his family's farming legacy with dedication and integrity.
Andy was also a true ranchero, known for riding in the Little Ride, celebrating his Western heritage and love for the land. He was a proud ECV Clamper, cherishing the camaraderie, history, and humor that came with being part of that brotherhood.
Above all, Andy was devoted to his family and friends. He is survived by his children, Taylor Marie Burdullis and Joseph Andrew Burdullis, his father Joseph Eugene Burdullis, and his sisters Karen Pearl Green and Cynthia Anne Burdullis. He was preceded in death by his mother, Corinne Borchard Burdullis (2014).
Andy will be remembered for his generous heart, strong work ethic, sense of humor, and unwavering love of those he loved.
