Roosevelt Alex Zander, age 73, of Oxnard, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021at Ventura County Medical Ctr. following a long illness. He was born June 28, 1948 in San Francisco, CA and had been a Ventura County resident for 20 years. Prior to his retirement, he was a Physical Education Teacher for 10 years.
